  For our first action project in Equality, we worked on a issue relating to gender, class, or race. For this Project I did mine about class and focused on the low and middle class and how covid - 19 affected these two. In our class Equality, we learned about the complete opposite, the inequality that goes on in the present and in the past. From learning all about the inequality I wanted to focus more on class. I see more of gender and race publicized but not as much as the poor and working class. For this project, I researched on the effect Covid-19 had in America and interviewed a worker that was personally impacted.  The Hit on Lower and Middle Class by Paolo Aguilar

 For our first action project in the new year, we asked the question "How can we improve the school?" In this class called entrepreneurship, we learned what you need to start a business. For this project, I was expecting to create a business but instead, we are adding something to improve the school. For the project I picked sports. GCE Lab School does not sport and I have always found this a problem. I Explain why this should happen, how this will happen, and what needs to go into this for it to be able to happen. In this class we learned about things like the SWOT model, Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, SMART goals, And the personality of styles which are included.  _____________________ By PA _____________________ After finishing this action project it was exciting to add something to the school to improve it.
