THE SPORTS THAT DEFINE US

 For our first action project in the new year, we asked the question "How can we improve the school?" In this class called entrepreneurship, we learned what you need to start a business. For this project, I was expecting to create a business but instead, we are adding something to improve the school. For the project I picked sports. GCE Lab School does not sport and I have always found this a problem. I Explain why this should happen, how this will happen, and what needs to go into this for it to be able to happen. In this class we learned about things like the SWOT model, Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, SMART goals, And the personality of styles which are included.

After finishing this action project it was exciting to add something to the school to improve it. It felt like I was presenting to the staff of GCE. Even though this project was not what I expected after learning about businesses, the thought process of going into this was similar to creating a business. I didn't have any difficulty completing this but it was difficult using a different website to create my slideshow. I wanted to challenge myself so by not sticking to the basic google slides so I use canva this time. Using a different website to create my project, I feel like it made my slide show pop and not look basic. Overall I enjoyed talking about what I wanted to improve and using different methods to do so.

For my class Endurance, We study the skill of endurance. We started with reading the book Night and digging deep. We did three great Projects this term all leading up to each other. For the final project for the year, we created our Survival Guide takes you through what the future holds for us. For me it a life of failing and getting back up. Curing Migranes

In my class called Cure, this term we learned a lot  about different types of medications and drugs that treat and cure illnesses and diseases. For this Action Project, we had to pick a symptom  of illnesses and diseases and find three different types of treatments. We had to pick a prescription  drug, an over the counter drug and treatment that isn't  a pill type medicine. For my project, I chose migranes  because my mom gets them often and thought she could help me and to see what she takes to get treated. The reason I picked the pictures of the molecular structure and the human head is because that represents the lock and key mechanism. The lock and key mechanism show how medicaments work on their molecular structure. If the molecular structure fits good with the medicament then it works better than ones that don't. Hello. My name is PA. For my class called Rhetoric we learned a lot. In this class we learned a lot about American history and how America was founded. We also went on many Feild Experiences, but one that stood with me was someone that ran for mayor coming in and talking to us. I found his story very interesting and took a lot away from it.
