In my class called Cure, this term we learned a lot  about different types of medications and drugs that treat and cure illnesses and diseases. For this Action Project, we had to pick a symptom  of illnesses and diseases and find three different types of treatments. We had to pick a prescription  drug, an over the counter drug and treatment that isn't  a pill type medicine. For my project, I chose migranes  because my mom gets them often and thought she could help me and to see what she takes to get treated. The reason I picked the pictures of the molecular structure and the human head is because that represents the lock and key mechanism. The lock and key mechanism show how medicaments work on their molecular structure. If the molecular structure fits good with the medicament then it works better than ones that don't. For this Action Project, I had a group that I worked with and we had to make a play. The play had to have a character from A Dolls House  named Nora. One of the guys had to act as themselves. Finally, the last person had to play a woman that is significant to us. We picked Kali, Kali is the Goddess of death. We picked her because we thought she would fit in right.

I am doing an Independent study on designing and creating my own sneaker. Before I create my sneaker, I have to find one on which I can base mine off of to get inspiration. I picked the Element 87 because I really like how the shoe looks and how the shoe is made. But the problem is that the sneaker is made out of non-sustainable materials. Then, I picked materials I wanted to use to create my shoe and explained what they do for the shoe. I needed help with my design so I emailed some professionals for advice. A man that works at Game seven named Elliot Curtis got back to me and helped me with making a good design. Another professional emailed me back and told me to get a shoe and deconstruct it. I cut my shoe in half and saw what was in my shoes. Below is my design which is based off all my research.

In my class called Cure, we learned a lot of things including Factoring, Quadratics, Complexed factoring, Surgeries, cures, diseases and a lot more. For this Action Project we had to pick a surgery and research about it. I picked lower back surgery and learned a lot. This Action Project was pretty intreting because I didnt know.a lot about surgeries and the process of doing them. Donw below you will find my slideshow about Lower back surgery. I found this Action Project interesting beause I never do a lot of reseach but for this one I did. I think I did pretty good on following the rubric and how the order of my slide show goes. If I have more time for this Project I would draw all my pictures because I think it would be cooler. Something I thought I did really good on is the proceture part. I liked it because it was cool to learn how lower back sugery is done. Overall I feelliked this was a good Action project and was worth my time.

The expectations for gender role for petruchio in the play Taming of the shrew was for him to act like he was better than women and women don't have a say or the authority. Women that thought this was true new that they didn't have a say and respected there husbands no matter what. I think the statement that shakespeare was making when writing this play was that men have more power than women and that they should listen to them. That's my interpretation on the play. I think this play was a real description of life at that time because i don't think women really had a voice as much as know but they still have less of a voice than men. My opinion on kate and percheros relationship in the play is terrible. He treated her like a pet and it was wrong for that to happen to her.   Petruchio, don't punish her that way. She loved you, kissed you, and gave you the world. You starved her and confused her everyday. She obeyed like a pet, she twirled and swirled. ...

As I've been thinking and researching about a sneaker design I want, I found many sustainable materials to use for the shoe I will be creating. This is a Nike shoe that released in June of 2018. It resells for triple the amount it costs when it first released. The design of this shoe is called Nike react element 87. I picked this  design to recreate into a sustainable sneaker because I think it's very cool and the upper see-through part of it adds something special to the sneaker. Even though the design looks  simple, it's a super complex and unique design.   The sneaker above is an example of how I would want mine to be shaped but using sustainable materials. The materials I want to create my sneakers with are  recycled tire ,  a plant-based material,  cork,  Koba plant fiber , and vegan leather.
